Refund Eligibility

We accept refunds for the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products received
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Items not as described on our website

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Wait for our return authorization email
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging

Important: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@example.com.
